1. Digital Products Policy

All products sold on Inspired Digital Goods are digital products delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.


2. No Refunds

Once a product has been:

  • Downloaded

  • Accessed

  • Delivered via email

  • Made available inside a drive or member area

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.


3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged but did not receive access.

  • The file is corrupted or technically unusable.

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • Re-sending download access

  • Providing a working file

  • Offering technical support

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to all products.

  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or digital theft.

We encourage customers to contact support before raising a payment dispute.


5. Product Description Responsibility

We clearly describe all products on the sales page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Read the full product description

  • Understand what is included

  • Ask questions before purchasing

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Incorrect expectations
